A) We cannot accept all applicants. The ZCF team assesses all applications on originality, excitement, how it fits with our theme, and whether you underwrite the vision and values of our organisation. _ _ _ _ _ B) As an artist of Zomba City Festival, you are expected to promote your participation in the event and the festival according to the guidelines of our marketing team. _ _ _ _ _ C) Zomba City Festival is a family friendly experience. We seek to ensure that all guests enjoy the experience in safe and comfortable surroundings without the fear of verbal or physical abuse, either personally or as a witness. We will not tolerate: foul language, excessive intoxication (alcohol and/or recreational drugs), any form of abuse (physical or verbal), threatening behaviour, damage to property, fraudulent misrepresentation, any form of discrimination, failure to follow COVID Safe rules. Behaviour that negatively impacts other people’s experience will not be tolerated, including but not limited to homophobia, biphobia, transphobia, sexism, racism, sexual harassment, threats of or actual violence, abusive language, bullying, stalking, manipulation, wilful exclusion and/or theft.
